The Verona Living Lab is located in the south of the city. The area is delimited by a train station (Porta Nuova) and the Adige river in the north; by a railway line in the west; a motorway in the south; and a regional street in the east. Approximately 50,000 people live in Verona Sud. The area has a mixed residential, commercial and industrial uses.
The Verona Living Lab focuses on urban planning measures and actions to alleviate the problem of air pollution.
The Verona LOOPER co-creation platform visualizes the data and enables the co-design and evaluation of solutions. It integrates online and offline tools to facilitate learning in each stage of the co-creation process.
